It includes a full size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes utensils, potholders, and dish towels. The meeting area adjacent to the kitchen contains chairs and tables. Two large decks offer pleasant outdoor space during milder weather. It is not air conditioned.
